 • In hiking, climbing and multi-adventure, children under 13 years of age pay half price. (They also only count half when calculating the minimum number of participants)
• Payment must be tendered in the following manner. 50% at the moment of reservation, and the remainder paid before the activity commences.

• Cancellations:
- Up to 24 hours before the activity, a 10% cancellation charge will apply.
- From 24 hours up to commencement of the activity, there will be a 50% cancellation charge.
- Once an activity has commenced, there will be no refunds of any kind. Horizon is not responsible for weather conditions or any other factor outside of their control.
• In adverse weather conditions, the company reserves the right to change activities or refund payment made at reservation.
• Late arrivals. We will wait up to a maximum of 15 minutes.
• Minors require written parental permission to participate in any of our activities.
• Participants must provide their full names, and Passport – ID – DNI numbers to Horizon for inclusion in the group insurance policy before any activity.
